This meal was a huge hit a one of my family get togethers and i made sixty patties and non a single one was left at the end of the night. The simply thing i'thousand going to do different is dip the patties in flour first and then the egg and flour once again because most of the flour washed off in the grease the first time

This is slap-up! There is no need for 1 cup flour and iv eggs. a i/2 loving cup flour and ii eggs are sufficient. I added a one/four tsp cayenne pepper when making the gravy. I served this with white potato pancakes and fried eggs.

I will definitely make this one again!!

The meat patties themselves were very good, but the gravy wasn't very adept. It may have been because i used an iron skillet, only i didn't like the gravy on the patties at all. I ended up merely eating it on a hamburger bun.

This was very good! Usually I do all the cooking, but my hubby made this i for me! He had trouble w/ the breading falling off, but I don't think he dipped the meat in the flour b4 dipping it in the egg. However tho, so very simple & so yummy. He also added kosher table salt, pepper, garlic powder & a fiddling cayenne upon my request (: Seasonings are definitely your friends here!

Brilliant idea to apply footing beef. So much easier, cheaper, tastes only as practiced. Did flour, egg, and so flour again. Refrigerated covered an hour or then before frying to avert the frustration of loose coating. Great!

This was ok, but non much season. Banal hamburger, and bland breading. And then I seasoned the hamburger with season salt, Worcestershire and fresh crack black pepper, aforementioned with eggs, aforementioned with flour, so it should accept been over seasoned. But it was nonetheless kind of apathetic. I dont know what it needs, only information technology needs something. I will figure it out, and ready it. I bet it would exist practiced with footing pork instead of beef.

The flyer at my local Moose Lodge was that if the Ground Hog predicted 6 more weeks of winter, I was going to make Chicken Fried Ground Hog for the side by side Sat family unit repast. He made the wrong prediction in my stance.
I added some Chicken Fried Yak for those that weren't neat on rodent. (Yak is a brood of cattle, just like Aberdeen Angus)
I besides made mashed potatos and gravy using a roux from the ground pork.
Basis Squealer, ground pig, footing pork. By whatever other proper noun, its even so delicious!
The Yak was 93% lean beefiness to attempt and fool some people that it wasn't beef. It worked.
Made a total of 20 meals, sold 19 and ate the concluding one myself.
Expert recipe. I liked non have to actually purchase pork chops (or butcher a bunch of prairie dogs).
PS: The showtime day of Spring is March 20th. Vi weeks and four days later on Ground Hog Day.

The gravy wasn't spectacular, but the meat itself was decent. The hamburger patties I used probably needed to exist pounded slightly thinner. I'll probably try over again some other time but with a few of my own alterations.
